The project combines archival science, documentation, conservation research and IT. Regular coordination helps decisions in one area support the others, while external advice and researcher feedback keep the work aligned with practical needs.

Project governance
Organise five follow-up committee meetings and maintain regular exchanges with the project team and researcher focus group. The committee advises on direction, standards and best practices.
