An archive strategy becomes useful when people understand and adopt it. Outreach therefore includes both sharing research externally and helping the institute’s own staff work with new processes.

Online outreach
Use the institutional website and social media to reach research and public audiences. Adapt the existing HESCIDA blog to cover broader research data management topics and projects.

Scientific outreach
Plan publication of reports and deliverables in a dedicated Dataverse section following FAIR principles. Share relevant scientific findings through publications and international events.

Internal communication
Keep staff informed through intranet posts, information sessions and informal discussions. Involve the focus group throughout the project so its members can introduce tools and procedures within their units.

How this work connects
WP.Z communicates work from all packages. It complements WP.3, which concerns the actual dissemination and discovery of archival research data.
